Section for non-english sites?

That's too many section. If wanna create a non-english site, better just make in general discussion.
On the other hand, must every take care of those section since many spammer like those non-english zone

How about the admin started small first? I mean, if there is enough people, we can start a subforum for a specific langauge group first that discuss everything under the sun. Where the subforum get too large to moderate, then maybe the mod and admin will considered to split the subforum into parts like gpt, hyip, etc
