Here are my suggestions for cashtalk:
At first view the site looks very busy and hard to get from one part of the site to other i mean it takes a while.
I think some of the banners should be removed becouse there are a lot of them and also a lot of links, maybe this will diminuate the time of waiting when surfing the page.
Some links should also be removed in my oppinion like calendar, last shouts, some of teh menus from the main menu becouse some of them are useles.
Site stats from the right corner of the page should be maybe moved at the bottom of the page and last posts in the forum should be moved in front.
And about the design the black text at the top of the page on blue fond should be changed in white becouse it will be more contrast than.
