cleaning some sections

hello admin

this is my 2nd day browsing the forum, i found out some topics are not posted  in the GPT section instead they are posted to the other section. It is better if  we can clean it up or put it on the right section or just delete it and put it in the trash bin. Just to avoid confusion and future mistake of our fellow members
