u need to visit shp andknow how many $CT u have and how much redeemable stuff needs..
then u can buy any redeem amount u want as long as u have minimum amount of $CT...
just follow this and u will cashout easily..

what items should we buy? Can you throw some light on it? I don't understand. I have about 166 CTs right now. So, where should I go and check the required amount to cash out? Too many questions I guess but there is no harm since I am a beginner here.

When you go to the shop, you will see how much you need to purchase items. There are also items you purchase and it reads sell back for so much cash. You buy them if you have enough cash, then send a pm to dada letting him know you purchased it and want to sell it back. He will  also need your processor information. Payout is pretty quick.

By the way, I don't know now if we are only able to cashout our points per buying the items and resell it to Admin or are we able to exchange it into cash without buying the items in the shop, too?

There are two pages of items you can purchase. On the right side of list it shows how many credits are required to purchase each item and how many more you need. If you have enough to purchase it, you click on it and buy it.

After purchasing item, you pm dadaas to sell item back to admin or to redeem what  you have purchased. Best thing to do is save up credits and redeem them for cash.

There are many ways to earn credits, by posting legit post, not spamming. by joining in on contest in the contest area of forum. The todump contest is an excellent one and easy to do.  Post signatures in other forums and list the forums you post in  here. There is a list of required signatures to do this. Go through the forum. There is lots to read and learn how to benefit from this forum.
