How do you contact the administrator when you reach payout or buy an item?  And how do you use the wheel of fortune item?  What can it do because i bought a couple.

It is not difficult. Just earn enough points by post here (you can do unlimited), working for dada, doing surveys, refering members and a lot of other things. After you have earned enough money that you can request minimum payout (you can see thread here in forum about minimum payout, you buy an item at Cashtalk shop from what you see that you are to exchange it for money.

Then you sell this item to Admin. On the same day or within a few days Admin would exchange the item for money and would send you the money to your Liberty Reserve or Paypal account, however you like.

I think this will help you and this thread can be closed now by mod or Admin.
