hyipstogo started on 6 March. But you'd have to know their largely unknown history of hyips. It's actually a hyip run by a monitor called Surf4others.com, which has been around since January 06.
They ran 3 previous hyips (calling them investment pools), all closing successfully after returning modest profits to all members. I'm a long-time member, and they were the only program I had ever made money in during the year 2006.
Of course I jumped right on board with this one, which will be the first one they will launch outside the member base, officially sometime in June. It's not the slickest website around, nor even the most client-friendly, because the admin doesn't chat with members in forums. But you'll find many of its members quite happy (like me).
I put in a large sum into their long-term plan (as last year my investments with them lasted 9 months before closing in profit). So with regards to reliability, they have my full vote.

Yeah, so the latest news is that admin has gone through an audit, found a few members referring themselves!
You should find that the referral commission is back to 3% above 4:) Maybe it's lower than most hyips, but this will last longer than all of them!
Remember, if you ever find suspicious looking deposits or withdrawals (for example, deposits or withdrawals that are close to each other every day, and have account numbers with the same patterns) please report it to admin.

Just for everyone's info, one member was deleted yesterday for having multiple accounts and he has posted bad votes at many monitors. Please remember that you cannot cheat hyipstogo as the admin monitors for account activity... same IP, same email.
