There are three different categories of betting systems:

  1. Positive progression betting:
Your bet is increased each time you win. This betting technique is pretty popular, as no large bankroll is necessary to begin with. This is good betting system because you can easy increase your bet when you win.
1. The 1-3-2-6 System
2. The Parlay System
3. The Paroli System

  1. Insurance betting systems:
Your bet is decreased each time you lose. It is by far the safest of betting system, hence experts referring to this technique as `playing it safe`. Also not so bad system but if you lose a lot of time you cannot come back to profit without staking high.

  1. Negative progression betting:
This technique boosts the bet when you lose. It is largely used in order to reverse a losing tendency streak. However, it requires a bigger bankroll and is rather risky.
This system can ruin you in 1 day, you are rising your stake when loosing, sounds crazy but sometimes it works but you need to have huge bank.
1. The Martingale System
2. The Labouchere System
3. The D'Alembert System

All those betting systems are mathematical system so they are based on probability which means they also have loosing factor inside them. Systems could only help you stake your money smarter but will not lead you to the win for that you will need luck or knowledge in sports betting.
